The gold standard in project management certification just got a major upgrade — and so did we. Our PMP® Exam Prep Bootcamp is fully aligned to the PMI 2026 Exam Content Outline (ECO), effective July 9, 2026, so you'll walk in prepared for the exam that's actually being administered.
The 2026 exam represents the most significant update to the PMP in years. The Business Environment domain triples in weight from 8% to 26%, Agile and hybrid approaches now represent ~60% of exam content, and brand-new focus areas — including AI in project management, sustainability/ESG, and value delivery — are formally tested for the first time. The exam also grows to 185 questions over 240 minutes with new scenario-based and graphic-interpretation question formats.
Our bootcamp is structured as a 4-day intensive or 8 evening sessions delivered live via Microsoft Teams or in person. Every session is mapped directly to the updated ECO — no outdated content, no last-minute cramming to catch up. You'll finish ready to apply and ready to pass the exam that matters now.

How hard is the PMP exam?
The PMP is a rigorous exam — 180 questions in 230 minutes covering predictive, agile, and hybrid approaches. Most candidates who don’t pass do so without structured preparation. Our bootcamp is specifically designed to give you that structure, so you walk in ready.
What if I don't pass the exam?
PMI allows you to retake the exam up to 3 times within your one-year eligibility window. Our instructor remains available via our cohort Teams channel post-course to answer questions as you prep for a retake. You will not be alone in this process.
When can I apply for the exam after the course?
You can apply to PMI as soon as you complete the bootcamp and receive your 35-hour certificate. PMI typically reviews applications within 5 business days. Once approved, you have one year to schedule and sit for the exam. We recommend scheduling within 30-60 days of completing the course while the material is fresh.
Is $2,495 worth it?
PMI data consistently shows PMP holders earn 25% more than their non-certified peers. For most professionals, that means the certification pays for itself within weeks of a new role or raise. The question isn’t whether the PMP is worth it — it’s whether your prep is worth cutting corners on.
What do I need before the course starts?
Just a stable internet connection and Microsoft Teams installed. All study materials, your digital workbook, and course resources are provided at enrollment. No textbook purchase required. We send a pre-course readiness guide one week before your cohort starts.
